Hi,

Do you have a document on how/when you create release branch and how you name the release branch? Also, is there a document on how/when you create a tag?

Thanks!
Chris

/kind documentation
We do have https://github.com/tektoncd/pipeline/tree/main/tekton and particularly https://github.com/tektoncd/pipeline/blob/main/tekton/release-cheat-sheet.md but this doesn't cover when we do create release branches, nor when a release should be expected. We should indeed document this better.

Let's update the release cheat sheet to include creating a branch right after the release.
