Some enhancements are leftover from the previous metrics PR.

  1. It's better to log the TaskRun/PipelineRun count metrics count for adding timeout/cancelled/etc status?
  2. For TaskRun which has embedded Task spec, check if we task can be left empty. (Right now it adds Task=anonymous lable for such TaskRuns)
  3. Revert the logging key name until we fix knative/pkg
