Usage

Screen recording of app in use.

  1. Go to https://cryptic-hollows-98760.herokuapp.com/ in your browser of choice.
  2. View the details of your last workout on the main page.
  3. Click on continue workout to add another exercise to your current workout, and then click add to add another workout or complete to go back to main page.
  4. Click new workout to add the first exercise of a new workout.
  5. Click on dashboard to view your fitness stats.
