Remove target.yml files from each target and merge them if possible

The target.yml file from every target is embedded in the app bundle at build time, but it shouldn't be ! So we have to remove them from their targets.
And it will be better for maintenance to have only one file for all the Tchap/Btchap/DevTchap targets (if possible).
