This is a precision grammar designed for the Georgian (kartveli) language using the LKB, [incr tsdb], and the LinGO Grammar Matrix.  It is being created for a class project at the University of Washington in course L567, Knowledge Engineering for Natural Language Processing, Winter Quarter 2012.  This grammar is being created by Ryan Smith with guidance from the professor Emily Bender.
