SSH port fix

Updated the SSH port for a permanent solution for Ubuntu v24.04

Tailscale and OpenSSH

added how to install tailscale, openssh and ssh-keys

Missed Timezone

Added steps to set the correct Timezone in case it was missed during installation stage

No RAM Leakage

Added the solution to the RAM Leakage issue
