🚧 Restructure book clubs

This PR restructures the prisma models and UI flow for book clubs. It is a heavy WIP, but since book clubs aren't available outside local dev it should be fine. I am merging it mostly to get the stepped form abstracted components in experimental, so I can use it for the smart filters form without reinventing the wheel
