Didn't completely finish EPUB support like I wanted before this PR, but the diff between main and develop was getting a little too large so.

WAY too many changes to list, but quick outline:

  • many misc UI updates and general fixes
  • started foundation req for epub streaming
  • basic lazy (i.e. non-streaming) epub reading supported
  • library and series overview pages now are paginated
  • minimally viable cross-compilation in docker (thanks to @alxjpzmn)
  • WIP swipe animations for comic reading
  • restructured repository

Some notes about remaining large features still required before I say epubs are supported:

  • progress needs to be tracked, which is tricky in EPUBs.
  • more UI customizations (currently only 2 themes, and can control font size)
  • metadata support
