Lots of stuff in this one, some highlights:

• Doc site on vercel now, not netlify (docs site at a great stopping point, can focus less on it now)
• Added toggles for grid view and list view of items, this should be a huge performance benefit for lower-end systems
• create and delete libraries from the web client
• Docker image building again 🎉
