Fully migrates off of ChakraUI in favor of more headless, custom components written with Radix UI.
There is way too much to overview in this PR, and it is not 100% complete (I would like to get a few optimizations in the
clientpackage done) so I don't expect to merge this until the weekend (since that's when I get work done anyways lol). Once merged, I'll let thenightlyimage build and give that a week to sit before (finally) updating main.
