Description
This RP includes changes that remove the expiry from the license token. The concept of expiry was initially introduced to provide a time limit for the validity of a license token. However, after careful consideration and review, we have decided to remove this feature to simplify the licensing process License Token benefit liquidity.

Update Uint Test according the change.
