Add high-level details on what network data is available under each endpoint. #1369

  • There's now an overview about what's available under each of the "big" querying endpoints.
  • Each XDR-encoded field now has a cross-reference to the protocol structure itself so that it's (a) easier to decode reliably without guessing and (b) possible to see what's actually gonna be in that field.

Closes #1320.
