This reworks all the yup schemas in the various
EditPanels, for better input validation. In general the schema is now more strict than before, but I don't think there should be any issues.I've also done some general cleanup in the area and added a check to disable the "Save" button if there are validation errors.
Lastly I also added internationalization for the invalid date message and for yup's built in required message.
Fixes #3489
