Add more endpoints to APILayoutStrategy

Description:

Update the API Layout Strategy to optionally allow users to provide only the StacObject ID instead of the full object.
Add new methods to generate hrefs for API-specific endpoints such as items, collections, search, conformance etc.
Update documentation and link APILayoutStrategy in API Reference page.
