jersey-spring5 isn't include in Jersey 2.29's bom so we have to manage that one module individually in addition to importing the bom. Once eclipse-ee4j/jersey#4184 has been fixed and we've upgraded to the relevant version of Jersey, we should remove the dependency management for jersey-spring5.

The fix to Jersey's bom has been made in (the yet-to-be-released) 2.29.1 so we should be able to tackle it in 2.2.x.
