puddles not showing in right-click menu

Description

i very often right-click puddles as a janitor when they are under tables or vending machines in order to clean them easier since i can then just select the puddle from the menu that shows up, however i seem to be unable to do this now, making it pretty difficult to clean puddles under tables now. i'm unsure if this is an intended change but its QoL removed from janitor so i hope it isn't since i love playing janitor.

Reproduction
simply right click a puddle, and it won't show up in the menu.

i am a borg while this issue is occurring, however an admin did say it was the same for them, so i do not think it is a borg issue.
