Symbol Cache contains null entris for BCH #106

After the BCH hard fork the Symbol.Cache will now contain null entries after calling UpdateCacheAsync. Seems to be due to this - Symbol.AddCacheRedirections. This also causes Null reference exceptions when calling "GetOpenOrdersAsync"
