This version of Mellanox SAI implementation doesn't support this attribute right now. Right now, Mellanox use queue setting to take care of this case.

…257) Right now we don't have trap priority defined. This will cause packets put into different queues and dropped due to policer settings. With the trap priority attribute added, protocol level packets are assigned with higher priorities and will not be dropped correspondingly.
