CGT: Add command to view winrates + misc. updates

Generation changes:

• Hurricane preferred on Drizzle
• Prefer more exotic types with Revelation Dance, Tera Blast, or no attacks
• Try to get Surf and Dive more often on Gulp Missle
• Actually track attack types during generation to not get as many sets with all STABs
• Avoid giving choice items to Pokemon with Fake Out, First Impression, and Upper Hand
• Give boots to 4x Rock weak Pokemon more often

Honestly, the sets are almost too good now. I doubt CGT can ever be as good as randbats, so it might as well try and find its niche as a middle ground between that and challenge cup. The move weights depend on Pokemon level, so I don't actually know exactly how these changes shake out until it's live; we'll see if maybe Pokemon get fewer attacks and more random crap on main.
