Not functional yet, just to show you, if you have any idea why survey doesn't honour outputting to stderr instead of stdout |

Output non-essential outputs (prompts, banner...) to stderr, so that we can use --dry-run in conjunction with redirecting stdout to a file (and only actual command will be output to file, not prompt, etc).
