Updated Dependency to make sure it compiles
Changed the channel for the tool chain to nightly and added a create that was missing.
Able to start simulator and run code using a stm32f4 board. Current issues with memory mapping.
Added a Renode Script file to load up a board and run a program to test USART Transmission. Next update will be to receive.
Added logging to the script files and state saving. Added the skeleton of a new custom board.
