We also updated shorebird to use a specific revision of Flutter as part of this release. Not sure if we want to mention that.

Updates's TRUSTED_TESTERS.md for the changes coming in 0.0.8.
Also ran pub get and got older versions for artifact_proxy since I'm not using Dart 3.0 beta locally yet. :)
