  1. Open the app.
  2. Download the latest patch.
  3. Restart the application.
    => Stuck on the splash screen.
    (Android works fine.)

We've seen #1140 before which might be related?

We'd love to help diagnose. Does the hang ever stop? Can you share you app_id? Thanks!
