Changes

The release automation PR'ed to the release-v0.14 branch. Cherry-picking the readme updates into main.

Also added a commit to automatically update the tag of the link pointing to the storage migration script.

Thanks @HeavyWombat. Seems I forgot to re-push the branch after I also cherry-picked the v0.14.2 update (and the automation fix to update the storage version migration). I'll open another PR. :-)
