I made some changes but started with the template you wrote, nice job! Can you please review the technical and word edits side to make sure it reads ok and works? I will ping Michelle to make sure she's happy with the text revisions too, prior to merging.

Refresh animal extraction help text for controlled vocabulary fields. We now separate the help text so we can have text with and without the EHV enabled.
