if there is issues with the SDR or some other issue with readsb, it's nice to still collect system stats test config before waiting
move adding the graphs1090 link to tar1090 to the tar1090 config
move nginx tar1090 webroot config out of tar1090 directory which will in future version optionally be updated during runtime
next commit will make modifications to run it as a service
this way it can run repeatedly if the user wishes to keep the webinterface up to date also speeds up container startup so the user can receiver data / view the webinterface quicker if the webinterface is outdated on startup the user can just refresh the page if necessary
now that it's no longer critical to container startup, make this work even on really bad connections
