This is extremely important as developing css styles is pretty much torture without hot reload

What happened?

steps to reproduce

  1. clone https://github.com/schooltape/schooltape/
  2. checkout the fix/hot-reload branch
  3. bun run dev
  4. navigate to the schoolbox website in the browser instance that pops up (it will be there already)
  5. modify src/entrypoints/catppuccin.css
  6. observe that wxt reloads the extension but the styles aren't changed (the corresponding catppuccin.css file in dist/)
