Text on About, Help, etc. pages not displaying correctly

Descriptive summary

Block text in pages in hyrax-v4.0.0 flows across the page, instead of down the screen

Expected behaviour

Block text elements should appear down the page:

Steps to reproduce the behavior in User Interface (UI)

1. Log in as admin user
2. Under Settings / Pages, add text
3. Use editor options to mark text as h1, h2, p, etc elements

Actual behavior (include screenshots if available)

This is what we're seeing in hyrax-v4.0.0, screenshots from dassie test app
