I like creating software. I write primarily in Python and Javascript. Here are some of the tools I'm currently working on:

  • Flow: A web platform for analysing and cataloging genomics data.
  • atomium: The python PDB parser.
  • nextflow.py: A python interface to Nextflow pipelines.
  • Lytiko: A web platform for tracking any time series.

Older stuff:

  • reddit-save: A tool for backing up your saved reddit content locally.
  • ZincBind: A database of zinc binding sites, with web interface and ML tools.
  • pdbsearch: A Python wrapper around the RCSB PDB API.
  • molstar-react: A react component for the Molstar 3D macromolecule viewer.
