Refactor internal app join functions

Internal app join functions being used by the AppJoinBuilder, they're using any type too much and never suitable for the new appJoin() function - #56. Therefore, refactor those functions to be much safer without non-reasonable any type usage and reform them to be suitable with AppJoinBuilder and appJoin() at the same time.
