It seems it doesn't support docker ce ?

Probably. CentOS is disabled in Travis CI/CD. I got #255 working for CentOS7 but I'm not sure about CentOS8.

Update your states and pillar data to align with new formula. - MacOS was not tested in this PR but hopefully no regression. - `docker.containers` sls was simplified (raise PR if regression)
