Bug description
Can not execute tx right after importing safes/keys

Steps To Reproduce

  1. create txs in queue in one of the safes
  2. export data: safes( from step1), signer keys( signer of the safe from the step 1)
  3. uninstall the app
  4. install the app and import data
  5. open tx details in queue and try to execute tx
    Expected Result
    The app restart after importing helps with the issue
