Condition: Using DataFrameReader spark.geotiff on a typical GeoTIFF that is not tiled.
Issue: Spatial data is not correct; seeing all rows have spatial_key.col == 0

Until this is fixed, I suggest we highlight this limitation in the documentation. The most basic "try it now' entry point in the docs would be to read a local GeoTIFF that's probably not COG.
