Support arbitrary_enum_discriminant feature

For now, rustfmt simple removes the explicit discriminant value of the enum variant that has fields.

#[repr(u32)]
enum E {
    A { a: u32 } = 0x100,
}

become

#[repr(u32)]
enum E {
    A { a: u32 },
}
