Do we want to say something about incremental compilation? Is there any change in comparison with 1.52.1? Even if there isn’t, it might make sense to mention this.

RUSTC_FORCE_INCREMENTAL=1 is a more viable option, but I think at this point I would recommend folks switch to beta 1.54 for local development if they absolutely need incremental. That said, 1.53 should be largely usable according to the little data we have with the forcing switched on, unlike 1.52.x where many users reported incremental being largely too ICE-prone.
