Add some new files

Hello,

First, thank you for the fantastic repo. When I tried to run the code, I ran into several issues, but after two days, I was able to complete the task. As a result, I'd like to help others run it without issue by adding the following file to the repo:

1. Add .gitigonre.
2. Add requirements.txt.
3. Save the results in the pickle file by adding it to run.py.
4. Add running_plots.py to draw plots easily by loading the pickle file.
