pr2_gui needs dependency on wxFormBuilder (ros-pkg ticket #577)

I compiled pr2_gui and got an error and did rosapt-get but it didn't get wxformbuilder and continued to fail building until I installed it

[jfaust] The only thing that does the auto-generation is wx_topic_display. Jeremy, can you just remove it?

[leibs] I'm confused by this being a problem since CMake should only use wxformbuilder if it's available. However, that said, it's not a useful enough feature to worry about. Commented out the relevant section of code in r6560.
