Upon rebuild/refresh and upload of our downloadable "Build on openSUSE" installers, dependant upon ongoing development in https://github.com/rockstor/rockstor-installer we can update the "Downloads" page accordingly.

N.B. We can also, as part of this issue, remove the following

15.6 beta provisos:

Pi4 installer provisos:

— REBOOT BUG: Pi4 installer fails on reboot —

as this was fixed in 5.0.14 (https://github.com/rockstor/rockstor-core/releases/tag/5.0.14-0) by: rockstor/rockstor-core#2879

Also Pi 400 compatible

Not really a target hardware and untested so remove as noise.

Tumbleweed Pi4 installer re Pi5

Also Pi 400 compatible and possibly Pi5 with future updates

We don't yet have the uboot confirmed as in-place and this would be required for the installer, and installed instance to boot. Plus a 6.12/13 kernel with appropriate bcm2712 driver etc is required. And our first flush 5.0.15-0 TW installers contain 6.11.* kernels. So lets drop yet more noise until this can be confirmed as working.

Update top-of-page text re versions and forum reference plus
some minor rewording. Add a reference & link to the in-place
update how-tos, along with a minor change re our recent
renaming of the CentOS to 'Build on openSUSE' migration how-to.

All previous provisos were removed as they no longer pertain
to this most recent installer set.
