By combining the "coming soon" install in a virtual environment section with the quick eval section we simplify and loose a coming soon.

Did a bunch of clean ups and some stylistic alterations. Also referenced this new howto in multiple places. As is it responds favourably to "make html" and Sphinx v1.2.3. Have also managed to loose a few "coming soon" entries.
