Basic intro on how LUKS is handled and presented within the Rockstor UI.
Also update role text to reflect brevity changes in the disk role config explanations along with an updated image of the same.

Adds an initial LUKS HowTo explaining the basics of how LUKS is handled via a 2 step process ie:
Intended as a documentation counterpart to the currently outstanding rockstor-core pr:
"support full disk luks. Fixes #550 #1716" ie rockstor/rockstor-core#1716
The relationship between the surfaced LUKS Volume and it backing container are addressed along with a current inelegance in not immediately auto opening containers upon a keyfile having been configured.
Tested using 64bit Sphinx v1.4.8.
No errors indicated.
The resulting html (via "make html") was tested in Chrome and Firefox and rendered as intended.
