Fix #16 .
Bring the script added in iDynTree in robotology/idyntree#815 to this repo.
This is the preliminary step to easily solve robotology/robotology-superbuild#732 by regenerating the bindings for the
masterbranch. Furthermore, I also added the support to rename the generic files to solve robotology/idyntree#865 also for YARP matlab bindings.
