Test the iCub Head profile on Windows #204

A quite common workflow is to interact with low-level iCub Ethernet and CAN boards using Windows. For this reason, we should check if the iCub Head profile works correctly on Windows, and eventually modify to ensure it works on Windows.

Once done that, we can update the iCub head profile in the docs to explicitly mention that both Linux and Windows are supported.

Doing that as part of #296 . As DragonFly on Windows require some custom driver, I think it just make sense to disable it.
