From what I see yarpActionsPlayer can be a nice CLI tool, but it's not different from the GUI player they already had.

Our code is made to toss it a function (that inherits from IRunnable), and control its periodic calls (each call uses the next line of the input file) via API.

Therefore, imho yarpActionsPlayer covers a whole different use case.
