* Bump dompurify and mermaid in /ui

Bumps [dompurify](https://github.com/cure53/DOMPurify) to 3.1.6 and updates ancestor dependency [mermaid](https://github.com/mermaid-js/mermaid). These dependencies need to be updated together.
