Reformatted Star Wars library files

Updated data for Star Wars unofficial libraries based on Dark Lord Azaghtoth's sourcebooks (2016 edition).
Summary of changes:

• Added page references where these were missing.
• Merged some traits which represented the same trait at different ranks with no functional difference or non-standard point scaling.
• Added functionality to Force Ability traits. These now apply the appropriate bonuses to affectes Force Abilities (spells).
• Modified the difficulty of Force Abilities to reflect the books' custom "Extremely Hard" and "Incredibly Hard" difficulties. The former are Will/A, the latter are Will/VH. This, combined with the -6 to all spells given by the "Force Sensitive" trait should result in the desired finall skill level as written.
• Added 2 custom attribute files to account for "Force Sight" and "Energy Reserve (Force)". The latter is a pool attribute but currently has no threshold indicators. This can be amended if need be.
