This PR aims to clean up whitelisting and blacklisting of templates and images. Adding the ability to match by regex and cleanup up behavior regarding matching for deletions and git changes.

  • 🐛 Fixed missing cache modules caused by incorrect gitignore
  • ♻️ Refactored white/blacklist methods into handler ABC.
  • ✨ Added regex matching
