• If the read channel closes (runtime -> service) then suspend immediately when waiting for a completion
• Increase timeout of suspensions for the bidi streaming case to 1 second
• Schedule a suspension after get state ()
• Fix bug: The user code decides when the execution state moves to PROCESSING. When the replay contains almost no completions (incomplete sleep messages) then the user code did not progress. And we got an error on the first completion message after the replay. Fixed by allowing completion messages, even though the user code is not done with the replay. The completion message gets stored and will be used later on when the user code has arrived at that point.
• Changed jest test to use maxWorkers=1 to avoid the bigint serialization error. (jest-worker fails with "Do not know how to serialize a BigInt" in messageParent.ts instead of showing the actual assertion error message when there are 2 or more test suite files executing in parallel jestjs/jest#11617)
