So that I can stay constantly tapped in to the shouty box of Chitter
I want to receive an email if I am tagged in a Peep

How to use

- Clone it (command line -git clone git@github.com:reenz/chitter-challenge.git)
- Install dependencies (command line - bundle install)
- Run the server (command line - rackup )
- Visit the app on localhost:9292
