then parse time should also use encoding.BinaryUnmarshaler parsing
Now write using encoding.BinaryMarshaler
Scan reads using encoding.TextUnmarshaler
Look strange

so add case:

encoding.BinaryUnmarshaler
encoding.TextMarshaler
