Fix DEFINE_MODULES to DEFINES_MODULE #10

As per Apple documentation the correct spelling is DEFINES_MODULE

Setting name: DEFINES_MODULE
If enabled, the product will be treated as defining its own module. This enables automatic production of LLVM module map files when appropriate, and allows the product to be imported as a module.

Ah. . . Thanks for spotting that. That's why I was seeing all those fake errors.

I can't merge the PR, this repo is peculiar and I actually have to put the fix together in the right commit and rebase, but thank you for finding it!
